I (among many things) am a Doula and a Sacred Birth Worker. I serve women in their rite of passage into motherhood and beyond. The path of intuition and inner wisdom plays a big role in my personal journey and shapes, colors and lives within every aspect of my work. It brings great pleasure to my life to witness the miracle of life unfold when women begin to connect to, love and be who they have always been.

Over the past years have worked with thousands of people in either group settings or 1:1 work. I have a background in teaching Yoga for over 7 years, I have taught numerous movement practices, I give Human Design Readings and Soundhealing and I facilitate women's circles and moon gatherings (...and more).

I continue to be mentored and sit in circle with teachers.

After completing the Sacred Birth Worker Mentorship I am still involved in the community and mentored by Sacred Birth International with my mentor Anna.

What brings it all together is the reconnection to intuition and inner wisdom and connection.
